Three Types We Deliver

• Net Lettable Area (NLA) — used in office buildings and office/business parks
• Gross Lettable Area – Retail (GLAR) — used for retail tenancies in shopping centres and strip shops
• Gross Lettable Area (GLA) — used for warehouses, industrial buildings and supermarkets

Our Standard

We use the PCA Method of Measurement for Lettable Area as a basis for all measurements and comply with the requirements of the Property Council of Australia standards, helping to avoid owner-tenancy disputes and providing forward-thinking business planning.
