With over 30 years of professional experience in the Omani market, I have had the privilege of working with leading authorities including Muscat Municipality, Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, and Ministry of Transport and Communications. In addition, I have collaborated with prominent consultancy firms such as Al Amur Engineering Consultancy, Al Madar Engineering Consultancy, and Al Manarah Engineering Consultancy, along with many others. Over the years, I have successfully delivered engineering and surveying services to more than 40+ consultancy firms and 130+ contractor companies across diverse infrastructure and development projects. As General Manager, Abdullah Al Baluchi is responsible for the overall direction and management of Hadi Engineering's operations. He leads the senior management team, oversees project delivery, and maintains strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. With a strong foundation in Survey Engineering, Eng. Saeed leads Hadi Engineering's survey teams across a wide range of project types — from topographic and boundary surveys to control network establishment and construction setout. His 13 years in the field have equipped him with hands-on expertise in the use of total stations, GNSS equipment, and data processing workflows. Eng. Saeed is known for his precision under pressure, his ability to manage multi-crew field operations efficiently, and his commitment to delivering survey data that meets both client specifications and international quality standards.

Quality Assurance / Control 14 Years

Eng. Awais implements and oversees Hadi Engineering's QA/QC frameworks, ensuring all deliverables align with ISO 9001 quality management standards and client specifications. His role spans reviewing survey data, validating field methodologies, conducting internal audits, and coordinating corrective actions where required. His proactive approach to quality management has significantly reduced rework rates and strengthened client confidence across the company's project portfolio.

Over two decades in the field, Ayyaz Hanif has developed exceptional proficiency in topographic surveys, cadastral surveys, and construction surveying across a broad range of terrain and project environments. He is highly skilled in the operation and calibration of advanced survey instrumentation and is adept at managing complex multi-stage survey assignments. His experience spans projects across different sectors — from infrastructure and roads to land development and utility mapping. Ayyaz is widely respected within the team for his mentoring of junior surveyors.

As the head of Admin and HR at Hadi Engineering, Habiba Al Numani oversees a broad range of functions including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, HR compliance, and office administration. Her organised and people-focused approach helps maintain a productive and professional work environment. She works closely with management to support the company's growth and ensure that all administrative and human resource functions align with organisational objectives.

As a qualified drone pilot and PhD-level surveyor, Kevin leads Hadi Engineering's UAV operations with exceptional technical depth. His expertise covers photogrammetry, LiDAR scanning, orthophoto production, and 3D terrain modelling. Over 36 years he has delivered drone survey solutions for major infrastructure, oil & gas, and urban development projects across four countries. At Hadi Engineering he is responsible for UAV mission planning, crew training, data quality assurance, and the integration of drone-derived datasets into survey deliverables — ensuring the company remains at the forefront of aerial survey technology.

Dr. Mahwish's expertise lies at the intersection of spatial data science and field surveying, with deep knowledge in geodesy, GIS integration, remote sensing, and precision positioning. Hany Farid holds a doctoral degree and a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation. His expertise covers single-beam and multi-beam bathymetry, hydrographic data processing, seabed characterisation, and tidal and current analysis. Over 41 years he has led bathymetric survey programmes for ports, coastal infrastructure, dredging operations, marine cable routes, and offshore developments. At Hadi Engineering he heads all marine and hydrographic survey operations, ensuring every underwater survey is planned, executed, and delivered to international standards.
